Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SoulTalk Pastry, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality pastries to our customers. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Please review your order details carefully before submitting.


2. Refunds & Replacements

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we will consider refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item(s).

  • Your order was incomplete.

  • The item(s) arrived damaged or spoiled.


3. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • You must provide your order number and photographic proof of the issue (e.g., damaged item).

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days, if approved.

  • For replacements, we will arrange a new delivery or provide store credit.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot process refunds or replacements for:

  • Orders not collected on time by the customer (for self-pickup).

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences.

  • Requests made beyond 24 hours of delivery.


5. Delivery Delays

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather, courier delays) may occur.

  • Delays do not qualify for a refund, but we will work with you to resolve the issue.
