Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SoulTalk Pastry, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality pastries to our customers. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Confirmation
Once your order is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Please review your order details carefully before submitting.
2. Refunds & Replacements
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we will consider refunds or replacements in the following cases:
You received the wrong item(s).
Your order was incomplete.
The item(s) arrived damaged or spoiled.
3. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
You must provide your order number and photographic proof of the issue (e.g., damaged item).
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days, if approved.
For replacements, we will arrange a new delivery or provide store credit.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot process refunds or replacements for:
Orders not collected on time by the customer (for self-pickup).
Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
Dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences.
Requests made beyond 24 hours of delivery.
5. Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather, courier delays) may occur.
Delays do not qualify for a refund, but we will work with you to resolve the issue.
